Core Courses
Stride teaches core classes like English, math, and science with a modern flare. The core academics are required to graduate, just like in traditional school. But with a K12-powered school, students attend classes in a digital environment and get more freedom to pace their class assignments and homework around scheduled, teacher-led sessions called Class Connects. And they have the power to customize their schedules with their preferred electives like world languages. Advanced Placement®, dual enrollment, and credit recovery options* allowing for a more personalized education experience based on each student’s needs.**

†Many Microsoft® Office certificates can be earned after completing one course. Other certificates require more classes to be better prepared, and students who participate in the program for at least two years will have further preparation for certification testing.
