What are ESSER funds?
As part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, $190 billion in stimulus funding is now available to school districts. This funding, known as Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Funds, grants individual school districts the resources needed to address post-pandemic concerns such as learning recovery, mental health, and remote learning readiness.*
